The Cloyne Harp: Dating, Inscription, Decoration, Tuning, Damage, History, Replica
The inscriptions tell us that the harp was made in 1621 by Donnchadh Fitz Teigh, for Sir John Fitzedmond Fitzgerald of Cloyne, and I see no reason to doubt this.
